The scene shows a hotel corridor with the door to room number 517 still closed. As Labour Member of Parliament, Dover Samuels, urinates into a corner muttering with relief, a bellboy rushes up yelling at hime to use his hat. Dover Samuels, who is well known for his large cowboy-style hat, was caught short on his way back to his hotel room and was unable to get his door open in time.
