'The Politician' cartoon strip. The Minister's colleague suspects that the Minister has been muck-raking again because of the cloud of flies around his head. There has been emphasis on muck-raking in parliament lately; the greatest offender is Rodney Hide but some of the opposition are doing pretty well too.
