Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, using a clothes brush to brush moths and dust from Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, who is dressed in a shrunken and moth-eaten Santa Claus suit. Beside him is an equally moth-eaten sack of 'goodies'. She says that this will do for the budget but that they will get him a new outfit for the election. Suggests that Michael Cullen and maybe the Labour Party is becoming a bit tired and stale in the run up to the election.
