- Description
A little African girl reads in the newspaper that Prime Minister, Helen Clark, has rebuked Don McKinnon, the current Commonwealth Secretary General, who has questioned recently, at a CHOGM meeting, whether democracy is the best way of helping developing nations combat poverty; he suggests that trade is a more potent weapon against poverty. The little girl asks her younger brother what he thinks and he says that he agrees with Helen Clark provided the ballot paper is edible.
