Description

Shows a fat cat businessman in Wall Street clutching a wad of 'bail out' money. He drops the ash from his cigar onto the head of a sad little 'US taxpayer' who appears to be standing in a rubbish bin. Refers to the Wall Street crash of September 2008 in which many banks and finance houses have failed. The government has a bail-out plan which should benefit the directors of the banks most unless the government accepts conditions demanded by the Democrats.
