The scene is Muldoon's parliamentary office. His outline is sitting at the desk. His secretary has opened the office door to find anti-nuclear protestors outside but cannot say if Muldoon is there or not. In the waste paper basket is a newspaper announcing that Tom Scott, a Listener journalist, is still being barred by Muldoon from accompanying the official delegation to the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in India in September 1980.
Extended Title - Mr. Muldoon announced that the nuclear-powered U.S.S. Truxtun will again visit Wellington next month.
