Shows American President George W. Bush surveying the library shelves for the topics 'Iraq - tragedy' and Iraq - triumph'. The shelves for 'tragedy' are full but the shelves for 'triumph' are empty. George Bush mistakenly assumes that all the books supporting his 'triumph' are out but of course, the fact of the matter is that no books have been written on 'Iraq - triumph'.
