Caricature of cartoonist, Tom Scott with his medal pinned to his chest. Behind him looms the phantasm of former Prime Minister, Rob Muldoon with whom Tom Scott had an interesting relationship. Muldoon is grinning and telling Tom Scott that he won't be able to take that thing with him where he is going. Tom Scott has just been made an officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit.
