Description

Shows President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe, in a ship named 'Zimbabwe elections' which has become stuck on rocks in a rough sea. He regards the rigging as very convenient. Refers to Robert Mugabe's holding up the elections as he 'rigs' things. The election results have been stalled now for almost two weeks. It is believed that the opposition leader, Morgan Tsvangurai, may have won an outright majority in the presidential election and the MDC, (the Movement for Democratic Change), has certainly won the parliamentary election.
