A woman sits outside reading the newspaper; one article is about 'Motor cycle ACC levies may increase' and another says 'Get pets that you can eat'. Her husband rides up on his motorbike and she yells at him 'Think again Buster!! If you're planning on economising on the grocery bill to pay for the new ACC fees, you can forget about linking Atilla with Sunday roasts'. 'Atilla' is a small dog. Context - extra ACC levies that have been applied to various kinds of vehicles (motorbikes in particular) in an attempt to make ACC profitable.
