Shows George W Bush, the United States President, is standing knee high in water and trying to fix the leaking cracks in the 'Bush's Popularity' wall. The wall is in a bad state and has large cracks and band aids trying to hold back the water that is leaking through. Refers to President Bush's dropping popularity in relation to his foreign policies, war in Iraq and the slow response to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
