Description

Shows a Chinese official telling a workman not to overdo things when cleaning up the smog. Faintly through the smog can be seen the upstretched shackled hands and bare feet of prisoners. The implication is that if the smog is cleared too well for the Beijing Olympics, human rights abuses may come to light.
