Saddam Hussein, former President of Iraq stands in the courtroom where he is being tried for crimes against humanity. He points a finger at one of the legal team and tells him that he is not going to answer stupid questions. In the corner of the cartoon are two observers who comment that his new legal adviser is a guy called Winston Peters. The latter refers tongue in cheek to Winston Peters new Foreign Affairs role.
