Three men sit in the pub discussing the cost of living. They wonder where the money goes and one of them comments that even when they do know they are not told how much. This man has a newspaper which has a headline saying that 'Clark and King clam up on Rickards severence'. Refers to the resignation from the police force of former assistant Police Chief, Clint Rickards and the knowledge that there was a golden handshake of an undisclosed amount of money.
