Minister for Maori Affairs, Parekura Horomia and Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance stand in water up to their necks. Parekura Horomia tells Michael Cullen that eleven huis may not be necessary. Refers to the huis held around the country for Maori to discuss the Foreshore and Seabed proposals and the sense that they are getting into deep water.
