Description

Shows John Key, Leader of the National Party, being greeted effusively by Co-leaders of the Maori Party, Tariana Turia and Pita Sharples and also by Maori activist, Tame Iti. Prime Minister, Helen Clark, stands to one side looking very sour and thinking to herself that they might as well 'get a room' they are being so intimate. Refers to the visit to the lower marae by John Key on Waitangi Day 2008. Prime Minister, Helen Clark, chose to stay away because of the embarrassing protests in recent years.
