An arrangement of text, showing a timetable for express and mail trains between Lyttelton and Invercargill via Christchurch and Dunedin. Holiday arrangments on the Lyttelton, Methven, Waimate, Oamaru, Roxburgh, Catlins River, Tapanui, Dunedin-Invercargill-Queenstown and Invercargill-Clinton lines are shown. The Christchurch-Greymouth timetable is given, night express trains are listed as are relief express and mail trains and special night trains. At lower right is the schedule for the Lake Wakatipu steamer service.
