Shows Winston Peters, Leader of New Zealand First, arriving at the admissions desk in Starship Hospital. He is dressed as Santa Claus and is dragging a huge sack labelled '$158,000'. When the nurse at the counter asks him if he has an admission he admits that it is not actually his to give. Refers to Winston Peters' attempt to get round having to pay the money that was overspent in the last election campaign back to the government. He believed that he could give it to the Starship Hospital as a donation. The hospital did not accept the money.
