Description

Catherine describes emigrating with her family on the `Ajax' in 1847, settling in Dunedin, and her marriage to James Fulton and subsequent life on a sheep station near East Taieri. She writes about family members, travel in New Zealand, and social life. Also an interesting account of being followed by `a dangerous lunatic' who `had frightened other women in isolated dwellings'.
