- Description
Shows four frames of Uncle Sam. In the first frame he says that the United States is certain that Iraq possesses WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction). The next frame shows a wounded looking Uncle Sam with bombs exploding in the background. The following two frames has Uncle Sam saying that the United States does not have WMDs aboard their warships and wonders why we don't believe him. Refers to the Iraq War and the anti-nuclear policy in New Zealand that prevents United States warships from entering our waters.
