Description

Shows the Minister of Labout Mr J A Millar listening to one of the tenants of the workers' houses; the latter is holding handfuls of bats and possums which have come to occupy the remaining unlet houses.

Other Titles - By Jove, Mr Millar, you were right when you said it wouldn't be long before the remaining houses would be occupied! I have brought you some of the tenants. I'm afraid they're dodging the rent.
