Shows the South Island about to sneeze on the North Island. North Island tells South Island that they don't want them to give them rocksnot. Refers to the invasive algae Didymo or Rocksnot found in South Island rivers. Also refers to the biosecurity efforts to prevent the algae spreading to North Island rivers.
