A railways management group is holding a breakfast meeting to discuss the unacceptable train delays that keep occurring on the Hutt Valley to Wellington line. One of the men stares out of the window at a train on the line below. He suggests that they should introduce 'those new seats Air NZ have so commuters can at least get a good night's sleep'. Refers to delays for various reasons of Wellington trains in January and February and also refers to a new design for coach seating that turns three seats on a Boeing 777 into a "sky couch", letting couples snuggle, kids jump around or single travelers spread out. The seats, designed by the airline and built by manufacturer Recaro, have large flip-up cushions that fill the space between the end of the seat and the next row of seats. Arm rests retract and you have a flat surface. Seat-belt extenders enable passengers to be buckled in when prone.
