Description

Australian Prime Minister, John Howard, pops his head out of the manhole of a huge tank to reassure us that he is not worried as 'Racist bastard' is a term of endearment in Australia. In the distance is a house on fire. Refers to the Australian government initiative to use the army and police in an effort to free aboriginal communities in the Northern Territories of alcoholism and child abuse.
