The cartoon has four frames. In the first three, three people exclaim about the mess on the carpet and wonder who could make such a mess. In the last frame we see that the floor they are so concerned about belongs to Feltex, the carpet manufacturers, who have just been taken into receivership, a process that lasted for weeks as the company vainly tried various rescue measures.
