Shows Dunedin Mayor, Peter Chin, standing in front of a 'Revised Stadium Design' and explaining that they have added a post box for rates to the front of the building as there seems little point in bothering the Post Office. Refers to the controversial building of an expensive new stadium in Dunedin and the suggestion that all rates will go towards paying for it. Many people object to having to pay higher rates during a recession.
