We see two doors side by side; one is the door to Germany and the other is the door to New Zealand. Leaning against each door is a sign saying 'Closed for post election talks'. Refers to the fact that both Germany and New Zealand have just had elections and both use versions of the MMP (Mixed member proportional) voting system which has a tendency to stall government operations while coalitions and agreements are arranged.
