'The Politician' cartoon strip. The politician tells his adviser that NZ Post are putting their prices up which they are hoping will mean they will be swamped with letters of complaint. Refers to the fact that that the amount of snail mail is reducing as people use electronic mail systems. The Post Office is raising the cost of stamps by 10 cents in order to maintain the postal network.
