President Obama phones the President of Chile to ask if he can borrow their escape capsule. The Chileans are standing above many stratas of earth through which are tunnels forming the word 'DEBT' that end way down in the depths of the earth, the whole representing 'the economy'. Refers to the amazing rescue of 33 trapped miners in Chile and refers also to the news that in the first 19 months of the Obama administration, the federal debt held by the public increased by $2.5260 trillion, which is more than the cumulative total of the national debt held by the public that was amassed by all U.S. presidents from George Washington through Ronald Reagan.
