Shows President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe wondering what other kind of election there can be, apart from a fear election. Text says 'won candidate' and is a play on the words 'won' and 'one', meaning that Mugabe won the election because there was only one candidate, Morgan Tsvangirai having decided to pull out rather than take part in such a farce and also to perhaps prevent violence escalating.
