He is standing beside an enormous bag of money with 'N' for 'National' and '$790 million' printed on it and he is thumbing a lift. Refers to the election promise made by John Key that National will spend $790 million of borrowed money completing the Waikato Expressway in the next 10 years if it forms the next government.
