Description

Shows a man (possibly leader of the National Party, John Key) standing on the side of the Waikato Expressway which, according to the roadsign is 'under construction'. He is standing beside an enormous bag of money with 'N' for 'National' and '$790 million' printed on it and he is thumbing a lift. Refers to the election promise made by John Key that National will spend $790 million of borrowed money completing the Waikato Expressway in the next 10 years if it forms the next government.
