In the first of two frames American President elect Barack Obama says that Hillary Clinton will make a good Secretary of State so long as she can stay on top of foreign affairs. In the second frame he peers round a door and sees Hillary Clinton gagging and trussing her husband Bill Clinton, the former president who will be forever remembered for the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Obama comments 'So far, so good'.
