Shows a room of asleep mariners at a MSA (Marine Safety Authority) Fatigue Management Seminar. At the front of the room is an instructor pointing to a chart entitled 'Optimum Shift Times'. Refers to research by the New Zealand Maritime Safety Authority showing that fatigue at sea to be a concern, with half of those seafarers surveyed reporting being fatigued on at least on one of their last five trips, and also fatigue has been a causal factor in several recent vessel groundings.
