- Description
The scene shows National Leader, Don Brash and United Future Leader, Peter Dunne, sitting together in a cafe. Don Brash's capuccino is suddenly whacked from his hand by a large hairy waitress who looks suspiciously like Rodney Hide (ACT). At the same time the waitress hisses 'slut' at Peter Dunne who anxiously clutches his cup of tea and wonders aloud if there is not something strange about the waitress. Refers to the 'not so secret' meeting between Don Brash and Peter Dunne in a cafe, with the media alerted, in order to publicise the fact that they are talking about the possibility of United Future supporting National if National should need them to make a majority. Unfortunately Rodney Hide got wind of the meeting and was seen close by. The cafe meeting was hastily abandoned.
