A woman stops at a garden centre and asks if there is a 'spray for Undie 500 pests'. Refers to the 'Undie 500 car rally which has received much negative publicity due to rioting students and others associated with the event. The Undie 500 is an annual student-run car rally between Christchurch and Dunedin, New Zealand. The event has run since the early 1980s, organised by the University of Canterbury Engineering Society Inc. (ENSOC).
