Shows Helen Clark, the Prime Minister, and Winston Peters, leader of New Zealand First, standing beside two men outside the Beehive parliament building. Peters has a gag around his mouth; Clark has a glass bowl over her head; the man next to Clark has a paper bag over their head; and the other man is biting his upper lip. Refers to the the problem of boy racers whose cars have loud exhausts. Also refers to politicans.
