Shows the Prime Minister, Helen Clark and her deputy, Dr Michael Cullen, standing beside a police vehicle. The head of the Minister of Police, George Hawkins, is protruding from the open bonnet of the vehicle. Refers to the Police Minister, George Hawkins being under attack over responses to 111 emergency calls.
