Cadastral, part topographic map of part of Waimea, Nelson, showing land tenure with names of owners, roads, and the Waima River. The owners include Duppa, Haycock, Kelling, Coutley, Robinson, Palmer, Baty, Ladley, Otterson, Snow, Barnicoat, Bell, Gepper, Gifford, Best, Nixon, Harkness, Ryal, Saxton, Paterson, Rowe, Ching, Martin, Songar, Greig, Kearnes. Also shows chapel and site of proposed church.
Includes reference note.
Reference note written on map: The portions of road colored [sic] pink are already repaired, those colored yellow require repair; and the parts remaining uncolored do not require repair. [Colour coding not visible on map]
