Description

This cartoon features a waiter being led away from Bellamys by two angry officials. Behind them, inside Bellamy's, can be seen Minister of Transport Sir Basil Arthur and another man and there are broken bottles on the floor. The waiter has got caught up in the secret about where the new container port will be sited (Port Chalmers)
