The scene shows a fiersome rat with the face of Winston Peters, Leader of New Zealand First. It is assuming an aggressive stance with a ferocity that is doubled because of the looming shadow behind it. The aggression is caused by a newspaper which is lying on the ground whose headline reads 'Winston behind in Tauranga'. Refers to the fact that Winston Peters is trailing in the opinion polls behind the National candidate, Bob Clarkson and is promising that he has more dirt to dish out. Clarkson is already being accused of sexual harrassment.
