Shows Mike Moore, former Labour Leader, dressed as a clown, emptying a huge tub of ordure over Prime Minister, Helen Clark. He considers it teasing and wonders that no-one sees the funny side of it. Refers to his saying that Helen Clark has been indulging in petty politics and Labour has got far too many lazy ministers on the payroll. He also accuses Clark of indulging in the politics of personal destruction and compares her to the late National Prime Minister, Sir Robert Muldoon riding roughshod over opponents.
