There are two frames. The first shows a town in southern Lebanon in ruins and the second shows a torn Torah scroll. Refers to Israel's disproportionate degree of aggression in attacking areas in the south of Lebanon ostensibly to try to defeat the Hizbollah but where many innocent Lebanese civilians who have been killed.
