Description

In the first of two frames Thabo Mbeki, President of South Africa is shown chatting on the phone to President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe who is in the second frame. Mbeki asks Mugabe what's new and Mugabe replies 'nothing'. Refers to the 'quiet diplomacy' that Mbeki was advocating in attempting to resolve the situation in Zimbabwe. In fact tougher stances had to be taken..
