Auctioneer sale map, with cadastral information, showing the property of Sir John Hall, bounded by Junction Street and Ferry Road, Phillipstown, Christchurch. Shows numbered sections for sale, with acreage and survey measurements. Some sections are marked 'sold', at 500 pounds sterling per acre. Some sections are marked for sale. Several other pencil annotations are written on the map, including notes about land tax assessment costs and acreage calculations. Two sold sections have two-storyed houses drawn on them..
