Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark with a crowd of other heads of state at the Apec meeting in Sydney. Everyone is painted and dressed in aboriginal style, though they all wear underpants. Australian Prime Minister, John Howard stands beside American President, George Bush and invites Helen Clark to spend some dreamtime with them. There was tension at the Apec meeting because of the war in Iraq. John Howard was cosying up to George Bush and because of the stance that Helen Clark took she was not flavour of the month.
