The first frame shows President Ahmadinejad of Iran telling a chief of military personnel where he wants to have centrifuges, enriched uranium and missile silos placed. In the second frame there is a bird's-eye view of the area he is describing. He is using pins to design what he wants and has created a target. The military chief suggests that this may not be a good Idea. Refers to Iran's "indisputable" record of violating nuclear obligations. American Deputy President Hillary Clinton is questioning Ahmadinejad's role at the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty review conference to be held in New York at the beginning of May 2010.
