Description

A huge ship named 'Prices' is tied by a hawser to a bollard which has the face of Dr Alan Bollard, the chief of the Reserve Bank. A newspaper lying on the ground reads 'Bollard, high prices must stop'. Refers to Dr Bollard's attempts to reduce prices of commodities in order to stimulate the economy which is in recession due to fall-out from the global financial crisis. There is a play on Dr Bollard's name.
