- Description
A rough looking man leans out of a huge tank and invites the man driving beside him to repeat his objections to vigilante groups. The man decides wisely to bite his tongue. Probably refers to the the 57-member community group that was set up in April in Martinborough after a spate of burglaries in the town, patrolling the streets at night, recording numberplates and watching for suspicious behaviour in spite of police attempts to disband them.
