They guess that he may well re-surface in the Octagon when he hears that cameras have been put everywhere. Refers to Winston Peters having lost his Tauranga seat and NZ First failing to reach the 5% threshold that would get them a seat in parliament. Refers also to the notion that Winston Peters rather likes the limelight and that cameras are to be placed in the Octagon in Dunedin.
