Description

The scene shows a security guard at the door of the 'International Criminal Tribunal'. Nearby is a sign reading 'War Crimes Trial Radovan Karadzic scheduled day one'. The man on the reception desk hangs up the phone and tells the guard that Radovan sends his apologies for being unable to make it today. Refers to news that wartime Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic boycotted the start of his trial for some of the worst atrocities in Europe since World War Two, but judges said they would proceed without him if he stayed away.
